Frank Simon has had over 18 years of professional experience in the field of irrigation design, of which the last 15 years has been operating his own company covering all phases of his expertise.
Landscape Irrigation Consulting is a Dana Point based firm with a staff of four full time employees, specializing in irrigation design projects and irrigation master planning. During the past 15 years, Landscape Irrigation Consulting has completed many different types of projects such as residential developments, resort hotels, schools, parks (both regional and community) and many projects involving renovation of existing systems.
